Returns and Exchange
There no refunds on any garments, exchanges only. All tags and liners MUST still be attached to the garments in order for item to be exchanged. Garment must not be worn and unused and unwashed.
Sale items and custom orders are non refundable or exchangeable. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will ever be accepted. In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge.
Shipping and handling charges are the cost of the consumer and are not refundable. Shipping charges will apply to shipments of exchange orders and will be billed to the original method of payment. Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the delivery date will be credited to your credit card account (refunds exclude shipping costs).
